WHST LOGGING TOOL Series Capacitance Water Hold-Up Tool

The capacitance module (WHST) can be run to get the water-hydrocarbon ratio in a continuous basis, so you can determine the “water hold-up” at every depth. This tool can be run alone or in combination with other modules like the PSST (pressure, temperature and CCL) to obtain quantitative measurements of a three phase well then being able to evaluate the production profile while the tool is moving throughout the perforated zones.

Alternative uses for this tool could be, leak localization, level and/or fluid identification in shut or abandoned wells among others.
